Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. PDF Harbor runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read and processed on your device and are never sent to a server — you can check it in the counter on the home page or with your browser’s network tools.
Can I remove an annotation?
Yes. Before applying, select it and press Delete; after applying, use Undo.
Will others see my notes?
Yes. Annotations are written into the page, so they show in any PDF reader.

They will be merged in this order, or continue with just one.
