Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. PDF Harbor runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read and processed on your device and are never sent to a server — you can check it in the counter on the home page or with your browser’s network tools.
Can I add more files later?
Yes. With a document open, use Add in the toolbar to append more PDFs at the end.
Can I change the page order after merging?
Yes. Open the thumbnails and drag pages to reorder them.

They will be merged in this order, or continue with just one.
