Terms of use
The service
PDF Harbor is a free set of PDF tools that runs in your browser. You can use it without an account. By using the site you accept these terms.
Your documents and your responsibility
You keep all rights to your documents. Make sure you have the right to edit, convert or sign the files you open. Because processing happens on your device, we cannot see, recover or restore your files: keep copies of important documents.
Signatures and passwords
The Sign tool places an image of your signature on the page. It is not a qualified or certificate-based electronic signature under the eIDAS Regulation. If you protect a PDF with a password and forget it, nobody can recover it.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate, but conversions, OCR and compression may not be perfect; check the result before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the site.
Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the site or use it for unlawful purposes.
Open source
PDF Harbor is built on open-source components, listed with their licenses on the licenses page.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Last updated: 2026-11-03.
